No. Once you have completely thawed the food, we do not recommend freezing it again.
Freezing is one the most effective ways to preserve foods without losing their nutrition. Freezing is used widely across kitchens all over the world to safely preserve meat, vegetables, fruits and even sauces.
That said, freezing beyond 12 months may lead to detrioration in texture and color of food and in some cases may lead to loss of some nutrition.

The best and safest way to thaw food is to move it from the deep freezer section of your refrigerator for 18 to 24 hours. Safely thawed food(Lizzy’s Delicious) can last for 14 more days in the refrigerator as it is vacuum packed.
If you need to thaw it faster, fill a bowl with water and submerge the packet into it for 3 to 5 hours. With this method, you will need to feed the food immediately on thawing. It cannot be stored in the refrigerator again.
Yes. Natural food is what all animals, including humans are meant to eat. If your dogs meal contains natural food in balanced proportions, then in the long term, it will ensure better health and life for your dog.
Dry food, though balanced very well, contains ingredients that are over processed and not completely from natural origin. They do provide nutrition for the time being, but in the long term may lead to health complications.
So, for daily meals, we recommend cooked, balanced, human grade food. In instances where you do not have access to this, dry food can be a very good substitute.

Delivery time varies between 12 hours to 24 hours depending on order size and location. We ensure all deliveries within 24 hours from the time of ordering.
