Storage & Serving Guide

You can fit in 9 kgs(a lot) of your buddy’s food in your regular 2 door fridge, without compromising on space for your food, as illustrated above. Shift boxes from deep freezer to fridge as you consume

On receiving the food, if you are planning to finish it within 14 days, please store it in the fridge. For storage up to 2 months, use the deep freezer.

You will receive the food vacuum packed and frozen.

Its easy after that.

Step 1 - Thaw

Step 2 -Warm Up if you want

Step 3 - Serve

Food that is stored at -18C needs to be defrosted before use. Thawing is the process of defrosting food and getting it to room temperature

This can be done in 2 ways:

1. Keep the food pouch in the fridge for 24 hours – This is the safest way to thaw food. We recommend shifting food from the freezer to the fridge one day prior to feeding it.

2. Keep the food pouch in luke warm water for 2 to 3 hours – This is a quick way to thaw food. Food thawed in this manner should not be frozen again for use later.

For Serving –

Warming up the food once thawed will make it aromatic and more lip smacking. This can be done in three ways –

1. On the Stove – Add a little water to the food if you are warming it up in a pan on the stove to prevent sticking

2. In the microwave – Open the pouch and put in the microwave for 45 to 60 seconds. Stir well before serving.

3. Keep the food pouch in warm water – If you do not want to open the pouch to warm it, just put it into warm(not hot) water for 15 minutes

Warming up the food is not necessary. If you are not comfortable with handling non-vegetarian food, you can skip this step
